Scope of Role

To assist and support with all aspects of sales administration for the Supply Chain Department.

**Responsibilities**:
German customer interface (order/RMA/incoming call inquiries)
- Routine report creation (key customers and internal)
- Raise sales orders/delivery notes and arrange shipments
- External Account Manager / Sales supporting
- Post sales follow up

Working Relationships
- This role reports to the Back Office/Supply Chain Manager
- The role is based at Düsseldorf office
- Regular communication with the Internal Sales/Finance teams, HQ and customers.

**Requirements**:
Essential Experience Required

Experience working in a sales/supply chain environment
- Knowledge of sales orders and shipping functions
- Great communication skills
- IT literate - knowledge of excel spreadsheets
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Fluent in German and English

Competencies

Sales and supply chain experience
- Customer reporting and communication
- Fundamental logistics knowledge
- Hands on / positive attitude
- ERP/order intake/process experience - Oracle preferred
- Backoffice tasks - Sales and Supply Chain related
