The HelloFresh Group now includes our core brand, HelloFresh, as well as: Green Chef, EveryPlate, Chefs Plate, Factor_, and Youfoodz. **The role**: As part of our Operational Excellence team, you will support us in delivering operational improvement projects across the global HelloFresh production value stream. In close collaboration with the International Fulfillment Operations team and local OpEx members, you will identify operational improvement opportunities, design corresponding improvement initiatives, and support the implementation on site. Building on our global footprint and international best-practice sharing, you will help our sites to boost performance, launch additional product variations and put new production technologies into practice all while maximizing operational efficiency and minimizing error rates. You will also support the ongoing refinement of our fulfillment center operating model and the codification of knowledge - combining your personal development roadmap and our global knowledge sharing agenda. OpEx members are encouraged to contribute globally to the creation and distribution of expertise on topics such as lean principles, problem-solving methods, and performance management. **The international role will be based in our Berlin office, but may involve occasional travel to our local fulfillment centers in other European countries (e.g. DE, NL, UK, SWE).**: Above all, we are looking for people who will **make HelloFresh** **better.** We believe there are many different ways of developing skills and we love diverse experiences So even if you don't "tick all the boxes" but think you'd thrive in this role, we would really like to learn more about you. **What you'll do**: We understand our interns exist as an integral part of the team; Thus, your contributions will have a direct, visible impact on our operations. You will independently manage and drive a workstream, which may be found across the broad range of the teams' key responsibilities.
