Agile Coach for Operational Excellence

Your Mission
As Agile Coach for Operational Excellence you will work in a team of coaches and support the Operational Excellence initiative within MBition. The Operational Excellence Program is a people-focused transformation program based on four fundamentals. The program helps us to speed up by creating flow and focusing on value creation.
In this role, you will act as a multiplier for Operational Excellence best practices; you will develop agile processes for the automotive industry; and additionally evolve, improve and maintain Way of Working. You will coach our teams and departments and will closely work with our Scrum Masters to enable them to act as a multiplier for OpE and Way of Working. You will identify and aggregate impediments from teams in order to solve them and you will work with our QA experts to bridge the gap between Operational Excellence and our other processes. You will facilitate department, company, and project-wide initiatives where needed and ultimately help build an agile culture within an automotive context.
Your Profile
**Experience**:
- 2 years of relevant job experience as Consultant, Agile Coach, Scrum Master,... or other area focused on Development & Growth
- Experience in Scrum, Kanban and Lean Tools (Value Stream Mapping, Daily Performance Management,...)
- Experience in Automotive
- A solid track record of leading and facilitating workshops and company internal initiatives
**Nice to have**:
- Degree in Management, Organisational Development or Workplace Psychology
- Certified Scrum Master
- Experience in automotive and/or agile in regulated environments (ISO 9001, ASPICE, ISO26262,...)
**Personal skills**:
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Excellent coaching, facilitation, and training skills
- Very good organisational skills
- Assertiveness and a well-structured way of working
**Language skills**:
- Proficient in English and German
