Selbstständige Planung, Durchführung und Auswertung von analytischen Experimenten zur Methodenentwicklung und - Optimierung sowie zur Charakterisierung von Biologika (mAb, ADCs, neue Modalitäten) in der pharmazeutischen Entwicklung
- Organisation, Durchführung und Dokumentation von Methoden zur Analyse von Proteinen, ADCs und andere biologischen Modalitäten (HPLC, Kapillarelektrophorese, zellbasierte Bioassays, ELISA, UV-VIS Spektroskopie, LC-MS/MS, qPCR, etc.)
- Auswertung, Interpretation und Darstellung experimenteller Daten, Präsentation von Ergebnissen in internen und globalen Meetings
- Erstellung von Berichten und Präsentationen
- Zusammenarbeit mit Laboranten und Laborleitern an verschiedenen analytischen Entwicklungsprojekten
- Literaturrecherche, Teilnahme an Konferenzen und Seminaren, Austausch mit externen Expertem um aktuellen Stand und zukünftige Entwicklung auf dem Gebiet der Protein
- / ADC-Analytik zu verfolgen und in der Abteilung zu etablieren

**Fachliche und persönliche Anforderungen**:

- Promotion in biowissenschaftlichem Fachbereich (z.B. Biologie, Biochemie o.ä.) oder Masterabschluss mit äquivalenter Forschungserfahrung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse und Hands-on Erfahrung auf dem Gebiet der Proteinanalytik (HPLC, Kapillarelektrophorese, zellbasierte Bioassays, ELISA, UV-VIS Spektroskopie, LC-MS/MS, qPCR, etc.), Erfahrung in der ADC-Analytik von Vorteil
- Erfahrung in der Entwicklung, Optimierung und Implementierung analytischer Methoden und Assays
- Fähigkeit zum selbständigen wissenschaftlichen Arbeiten
- Umfassende Erfahrung in der Analyse, Interpretation und Darstellung experimenteller Daten
- Sehr gute Präsentationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit zum Verfassen fundierter wissenschaftlicher Berichte
- Grundlegende Kenntnisse von Regularien (GMP, ICH) sind ein plus
- Kommunikation in deutscher und englischer Sprache
- Selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Proaktive Arbeitsweise und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in einem großen Team und die Fähigkeit zur interkulturellen und interdisziplinären Kollaboration
