Work at the heart of E.ON’s digital transformation and become the financial Business Partner at E.ON Digital Technology (EDT) for the IT consulting, learning and people focused Building Blocks Expert Services, Digital Empowerment as well as for group wide Digital & Technology FTE and HR related KPIs. The commercial ownership also covers the E.ON Software Development Unit in Romania (ESD).

**Your Tasks**
- Conduction of regular Performance Dialogues for cost and spend view with the responsible line Managers of the building blocks helping them to achieve their financial targets
- Coordination of mid-term planning and forecasting including target setting for the responsible areas and quarterly Risk Reporting
- Continuous commercial support for project & service managers to let them focus on their portfolio delivery
- Evaluation of reporting requirements and development of appropriate reports and processes in close partnership with EDT business partners
- You demonstrate knowledge of the underlying data, relevant data sources, and the ability to reconcile and conduct data quality reviews including financial and consumption records

**Your Profile**
- Strong communication skills, capable to explain complex topics in an understandable way and focus on relevant key messages for different stakeholders
- Change agent with an entrepreneurial mind set, sharing ideas with others and driving change
- Strong interpersonal skills and team player with the ability to build networks
- Readiness of mind, advanced analytical and strategic thinking, problem-solving and attention to detail capable to generate valuable insights for the Management
- Studied economics/business or equivalent and relevant work experience
- Experience in IT-Controlling and state of the art reporting tools e.g. MS Power BI
- Experience with SAP ERP/BI and Consulting Business of advantageExcellent written and oral language skills in German and English
