**This Opportunity**:
We're looking for a UX/UI Designer that defines how we represent commercetools' product documentation and also works with our e-learning team to create our e-learning experience with outstanding UX/UI skills.

**Your Mission**:

- Approach design with an expert grasp on best practices, accessibility, and design heuristics, and be able to clearly articulate design decisions.
- Set and oversee standards for templates, layouts, guidelines, and graphics.
- Create new and consistent design patterns when needed.
- Create and maintain our Design System for our e-learning portal and documentation.
- Plan and conduct user research studies (workshops, interviews, surveys or usability testing sessions), defining research objectives and documenting those.
- Help conducting discovery research together with your entire cross-functional team and collect, organize and analyze quantitative and qualitative data.
- Create personas, user flows, wireframes, sketches and/or prototypes to communicate your design proposals with the team.
- Ensure your design deliverables are implemented and displayed correctly before making them available to our users by conducting thorough reviews.

**What you need to succeed**:

- Degree in Design, Interactive Media, HCI, any User Experience related studies or any applicable professional experience.
- Experience developing standards and style guidelines.
- Proficiency in UI design and prototype tools such as Sketch and Axure.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Great team player who's also able to work independently by organizing and prioritizing the workload

**Nice-to-have**:

- Experience in designing e-learning portals is a big plus.
- Experience in analyzing or understanding data analytics is also a plus.
- UX writing skills would be awesome.
