**YOUR TASKS**

As a Customer Requirement Assessment Specialist in the Business Group Electronics you will be responsible for ensuring that all relevant customer and other 3rd party requirements are properly assessed and implemented.
- Especially new technologies require a systematic and holistic assessment of the customer documents to avoid financial damage for Hella e. g. due to warranty cases.
- Furthermore: You ensure transparency on customer requirement documents regarding initial evaluation by experts and tracking progress of assessment worldwide.
- Interaction with acquisition teams and experts worldwide is needed.
- Worldwide implementation of new processes such as a Norm-Tree Systematic is part of this.
- Perform norm analysis in customer acquisition projects in Electronics Business Group.

**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**
- University degree in Business Engineering, technical education, or similar qualification
- More than 5 years professional experience in the relevant field
- Understanding of contractual documents and norms
- Networking and moderation skills
- Strong communication skills (both written & verbal), project management skills, teamwork skills, ability to work in fast-paced and intercultural environment
- Systematic, organized working skills with autonomous structuring of the tasks
- Very good knowledge of German and English
