**Procurement Excellence Expert (f/m/d)**

DEU-Heidenheim

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide support to Procurement teams across various functions
- Deliver support and administration of **tools** and **systems** post-implementation, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction
- Assist in the design and optimization of **procurement processes**:

- Ensure **effective training** is delivered for both processes and systems
- Serve as a **key contact** for projects within the Procurement Excellence team or when cooperating with other departments
- Participate in **supplier management** through data analysis and documentation
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance **procurement efficiency**:

- Guide and advise process practitioners to ensure best practices
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate processes and advocate for procurement within the business

**Qualifications**:

- Completed commercial or technical training, or academic studies (Bachelor's degree)
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience
- Solid understanding of processes and organizational goals
- Fast learning ability and good self-reflection
- Strong project management skills with the ability to build and motivate teams
- Experience working collaboratively across functions and in international environments
- Solution-focused approach to business challenges, proficient in IT tools (SAP)
- Independent and proactive work style, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to be assertive when needed
