Join our president’s office advancement team as a

**Student Assistant**
(part-time, 20 hrs./week, starting in January 2026, for 1 year)

and help shape the future by bringing your expertise and passion to ESMT.

**How you will make a difference. You will**:

- provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the president’s advancement office, ensuring smooth daily operations
- prepare and structure materials such as presentations, research dossiers, and guest information to enable informed decision-making
- coordinate communication, manage invitations, and ensure a professional welcome and care of guests on campus
- maintain and update key data in the CRM system and prepare targeted mailings, guest lists, and related correspondence
- support the planning and execution of events, including logistics, printed materials, and visual documentation
- contribute to travel and meeting preparations through research and organizational assistance.

**What makes you a great fit. You are**:

- enrolled in a full-time bachelor or master program in Berlin **for a minimum of one more year**:

- fluent in English; conversational German a plus
- detail-oriented, accurate, and able to work independently
- proactive, flexible, and calm under pressure
- reliable and discreet with sensitive information
- skilled at representing the president’s & advancement office with confidence
- comfortable engaging professionally with senior leaders, donors, and guests
- collaborative and positive in a team environment
- proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint; CRM experience a plus
- a strong communicator, both written and spoken.
