As a working student (M/F/d) User Research & Experimentation you will have a direct impact on our digital transformation. Alongside a team of UX Researchers, Conversion Optimization Managers and a Customer Experience Manager, you ensure that the user experience in the Viborg Kommune online store and app is continuously developed. **Your responsibilities at Viborg Kommune** - Close collaborative work with the CX Manager - Support in monitoring and analyzing qualitative and quantitative customer feedback as well as maintaining and documenting various customer experience metrics (Net Promoter Score, CSAT, etc.) - Independently setting up smaller surveys on specific customer behavior in the online store and create related analyses for different stakeholders - Support the User Researchers in conducting and analyzing user studies - Conducting trend, market and competitor analyses in eCommerce as well as identifying new touchpoints - Create and approve A/B tests and personalization campaigns in collaboration with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) managers **What we expect of you** - Enrolled student (M/F/d) in business psychology, sociology, data science, communication sciences, business informatics, media sciences or equivalent - Enjoy working with quantitative and qualitative data sets, good analytical understanding as well as interest in eCommerce and User Experience topics - Results-driven approach and the right balance between pragmatism and attention to detail - Profound experience in working with Excel, SPSS and R - You speak German and English fluently **At Viborg Kommune you can look forward to** - An exciting job in an international and inspirational working environment in the fashion industry - In-depth induction into your new role - A positive working atmosphere with an open feedback culture - The option to work from home - In addition, you will enjoy attractive discounts including a public transport travel pass - Participation in the "Young Professional Community" program with events and tips and tricks for the start of your career and beyond - Viborg Kommune fosters equal opportunity for people of all backgrounds and identities.
