Your Tasks
- Build, lead and develop a team of stack-developers and designers
- Development and design of PEM-electrolysis-stacks incl. system interfaces
- Technical benchmarking
- Building of partnerships for development of stack-subsystems, development and controlling of work packages to partners, suppliers and service providers
- Responsibility for design
- and system-FMEAs and simulation of stack-mechanics with analytical and numeric methods
- Responsibility for creation of CAD-models, drawings, BOMs, updating of technical master data and documents in ERP system, creation of assembly documentation
- Planning and realization of component sampling inspections
- Building of prototype stacks. Planning realization and analysis of tests

Your Profile
- Masters' degree in mechanical engineering or comparable background
- Several years of professional experience in development and design, ideally experience in development and design of electrolysis or fuel cell stacks
- Experience and Knowledge in CAD design and in sealing technology
- Self-dependent, systematic and structured working-style, high degree of self-reliance and sense of responsibility
- Strong communication skills, diplomatic skills and persuasiveness, to achieve challenging goals
