Your Tasks
- Leadership and further development of a team for the development of bipolar plates and active cell components for PEM electrolysis stacks
- Building partnerships for the development of cell components and optimize the mass production capability of the components
- Responsibility for performing and design and system FMEAs and simulating force relationships in the cell
- Integration of H-TEC's existing experience and technologies into the functional unit BBP
- Reduction of specific costs of the functional unit BBP
- Responsibility for the creation of CAD models, technical drawing, parts lists, maintenance as well as updating of technical master data and documents in the ERP System BBP
- Cross-site assurance and communication of work results and expertise

Your Profile
- Completed technical studies in the field of mechanical engineering or in the field of chemical engineering, physical chemistry, electrochemistry or equivalent
- Several years of professional experience in development and design, ideally experience in the field of design of electrolysis stacks or fuel cells and in the automotive environment
- Experience in sealing an plastics technology and/or plate heat exchangers
- Strong organizational, coordination, communication and teamwork skills
- Systematic, structured and proactive way of working
- Pleasure in independently carrying out and managing development projects within the scope of specialist activities
- Quick comprehension and enjoyment of analytical and creative activities
- Willingness for personal development in the area of responsibility
