We are looking for a motivated and creative team player to be part of a new approach in the digital real estate industry. Individuals who like getting things done, who like to communicate and strive to work with passion & care: You are eager to understand the customers' problems and curious how to best use technology to solve them.
As a Product Designer (M/F/d) - Research you will become a part of the Product Design Team and act as a customer advocate throughout the whole product development and improvement process while being a great sparring partner to our product managers.
What you'll do?
- Drive and empower user research along the E&V customer journeys to discover pain points and needs
- Create a user centric experience and be the go-to person when it comes to UX
- Participate, prepare and follow-up user research in collaboration with the user research and business strategy team
- Empower the cross-functional product team in delivering best-in class user experience
- Leverage qualitative and quantitative research methodologies - translating insights into product design concepts
- Communication with the leadership team & other stakeholders
Who you are?
- Several years of experience in digital product design
- Remarkable research skills & super hands-on no-ego attitude
- Attention to detail and willingness to go untrodden paths
- Ability to design autonomously in an agile work environment
- Skilled in Figma & use of usability testing and research tools - like Maze, Userbrain, etc.
Nice to haves
- Experience in working in remote organizational settings across different time zones
- Experience in corporate environments
