Senior) Product Designer

**Your mission**:
As a Senior Product Designer at exmox, you will be instrumental in shaping and elevating our products across both B2C and B2B contexts. You will perform end-to-end design for web and mobile, partnering closely with research, engineering, and management to deliver experiences that both delight users and drive business outcomes. You will help define and mature design at exmox as we deliver impact as we grow.
- Own end-to-end product design for web and mobile across our B2C app (e.g., Testplus/Teststar) and B2B admin/backoffice portal.
- Translate UX research findings into data-informed design decisions
- Expert-level Figma skills; strong hands-on UI design craft.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation.
- Contribute to and evolve our design system.
- Facilitate design critiques, workshops, and design sprints.
- Produce clear, well-structured documentation such as user stories, user flows, processes, etc.
- Own and ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all touchpoints.
- Define and refine design processes, tools, and workflows to support efficient design.
- Contribute to the maturation of design and its function across the company.
- Engage in design reviews to ensure alignment between implementation and intended UX.
- Iterate with the product team on A/B testing hypothesis and the quantitative evaluation of new product features (B2C).

**Your profile**:

- 5+ years of hands-on product design experience with a focus on mobile B2C.
- A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end case studies.
- Strong product thinking and business acumen, balancing user needs, technical constraints, and company objectives.
- Proven track record of building and scaling digital products end-to-end.
- Expert proficiency in Figma and UI design.
- Experience creating and maintaining design systems.
- Demonstrated ability to translate research insights and data into actionable direction.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to articulate design decisions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced agile environment and handle uncertainty.
- Highly organized in documentation, workflow management, version control, and cross-functional handoffs.

Nice to have
- Familiarity with front-end fundamentals and understanding of developer handoff.
- Degree in design, HCI, computer science, or a related field.
- Experience in marketing, ad-tech, e-commerce, or mobile gaming.
- Experience with DesignOps tooling (e.g., Storybook, Zeroheight, Abstract, or similar).
