**Main Responsibilities**:
**Reservation Management**
- Handle inquiries for the hotel and golf, transmitting golf tee time bookings to the Caddiemaster.
- Accurately input reservation details into the system to ensure all guest information is recorded correctly.
- Manage changes, cancellations, and special requests for individual and group bookings.
- Confirm reservations with customers and provide all necessary details, such as policies, itineraries, and payment confirmations.

**Customer Care**
- Coordinate with customers or group leaders before arrival to confirm schedules and special requirements.
- Welcome and assist customers upon their arrival to ensure their needs are met.
- Quickly address last-minute changes or issues to maintain customer satisfaction.

**Customer Service**
- Provide detailed information about the resort’s amenities, services, and packages.
- Offer personalized recommendations to enhance the guest experience, including upselling opportunities.
- Act as a liaison between guests and other departments (e.g., Housekeeping, Golf Operations) to fulfill special requests.

**Administrative Tasks**
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, transactions, and customer interactions in a CRM system.
- Generate reports on booking trends, availability, and customer feedback for review by the DOS.

**Collaboration**
- Work closely with the sales team to create tailored packages for groups or events.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to coordinate room assignments, tee times, or special arrangements.
- Participate in team meetings to share insights for improving guest service.

**Qualifications**:
**Skills and Competencies**
- Knowledge of hotel services.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Experience with reservation systems (e.g., PMS/CRM).

**Experience**
- Previous experience in reservations or customer service within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Experience handling group bookings or event coordination is a plus.

**Personal Traits**
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on customer satisfaction.
