**Responsibilities**:

- You will support the HR team in all relevant HR processes from joining to leaving, in particular in the preparation of contracts, onboarding documents, employee references and leaving documents
- You will process official reports and various general correspondence and carry out ad hoc analyses and HR KPI reports
- You will also be responsible for the documentation and maintenance of personnel files
- You act as a point of contact for employees and our external service provider in matters relating to payroll accounting
- Maintaining the HR systems (SAP, Workday, Time & Attendance) including ensuring data quality in the systems
- Optimisation and standardisation of HR processes, workflows and interfaces in your area of responsibility

Qualifications:

- You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally with further training as an HR specialist
- You also have at least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position in the HR department
- Good knowledge of labour, collective bargaining and social security law as well as works constitution law
- Confident handling of MS Office programmes and modern communication media is a matter of course for you
- Experience in working with SAP and ideally Workday
- Organisational and problem-solving skills, a structured way of working and accuracy
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Very good German and solid English language skills
