**Your role**:
This role plays a crucial part in steering the global Supply Chain for Surface Solutions. Key to success is collaborating with a variety of interfaces globally (e.g. Digital Office, Inventory Management, Demand Planning, Product Management, Customer Service etc.). The main task as a Supply Chain Expert Data & Analytics will be driving our digital transformation to develop the supply chain analytics into a predictive function to offer additional competitive advantage, enable decision making as well as a continuous data based improvement process.

Driving your own digital projects involving cross-functional stakeholders and team members will be part of your daily work. You will take ownership and collaborate across our variety of initiatives incl. identifying and implementing data analytics use cases, drive data driven business innovation, drive data centralization and much more. Besides these tasks you deliver on key service performance indicators, inventory, and cost metrics by proactively managing risks and issues. In addition to that you will be responsible for generating standardized reportings enabling decision making and with that structuring our S&OP process.

**Who you are**:
You are interested in supply chain and digital technologies as well as eager to digitally enhance our business by supporting our people
- Degree in Business and/or Science (background with Master in e.g. data/computer science, pharma/biotech or similar field preferred); degree in Supply Chain or APICS CSCP certification is preferred
- Min. 3 years of work experience in Supply Chain, very good understanding of supply chain processes & best practices
- Experience in data engineering and pipeline development using Python, Spark, SQL and experience with data visualization and dashboard designs in Tableau
- Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail
- Strong skills in project mgmt., project execution, teamwork, and communication
- Experience in working remotely with a global team
- Strong in English; German and/or other languages is a plus
