**Head of Product (m/w/d)**

**Papershift** ist ein schnell wachsendes, spannendes Technologieunternehmen mit einem internationalen Team aus hoch motivierten Mitarbeitern. Wir bieten **Business Cloud Software** im **Bereich Workforce Management** an, die es unseren Kunden ermöglicht, ihre Mitarbeiter in Bezug auf die Schichtplanung, die Erfassung von Arbeitszeiten und die Verwaltung von Abwesenheiten besser zu organisieren. Unsere Vision ist es, das **Ressourcenmanagement so einfach und effizient wie möglich zu gestalten.**

Als **Head of Product (m/w/d)** bist Du Teil des Leadership Teams. Zusammen mit dem Engineering Team denkst Du unsere Produktvision
- und strategie voraus und verantwortest deren Umsetzung. Als Head of Product stehst Du zudem in engem Austausch mit unserem CTO.
**Dein Aufgabengebiet umfasst**:

- Du leitest ein Team von 2 qualifizierten und erfahrenen POs. Das Team soll unter Deiner Führung konsequent weiter ausgebaut werden
- Du bist außerdem für die Führung der Design sowie der Quality Assurance Abteilung verantwortlich
- Zusammen mit Product & Engineering kreierst Du unsere Produktvision, leitest daraus die Strategie und Roadmap für die Produktentwicklung ab und entwickelst sie beständig weiter
- Zusammen mit Deinem Team erarbeitest Du die Produktstrategien und bist immer auf der Suche nach neuen Ideen
- Du treibst die cross-funktionale Zusammenarbeit innerhalb von Papershift voran und stimmst Dich regelmäßig mit allen beteiligten Stakeholdern ab
- Du förderst Dein Team fachlich wie auch persönlich, u.a. in regelmäßigen individuellen Feedbackgesprächen
- Du coachst dein Team, teilst dein Wissen mit ihm und befähigst es, gemeinsam weiter zu wachsen
- Du sorgst für einen starken Zusammenhalt, Transparenz und effiziente Arbeitsabläufe
- Im Rahmen unserer unternehmensweiten OKR-Frameworks bist Du involviert bei der Entwicklung der Quartalsziele auf Unternehmensebene und unterstützt Deine Kolleg*innen bei der Definition ihrer Objectives und Key Results.

**Dein Profil sollte wie folgt aussehen**:

- Du hast 5+ Jahre Erfahrung im Produktmanagement in einem SaaS Unternehmen
- Du hast 2+ Jahre direkte Führungserfahrung
- Du denkst unternehmerisch und setzt Dir sportliche Ziele in einem innovativen und schnelllebigen Umfeld
- Du bist technisch versiert und leidenschaftlich bei der Entwicklung von Produkten
- Du besitzt hohe soziale Kompetenz und ein ausgeprägtes Kommunikationsvermögen
- Ein hohes Maß an Selbständigkeit und Eigeninitiative sind für Dich selbstverständlich
- Du kannst komplexe Prozesse über mehrere Teams hinweg managen
- Du denkst analytisch und bist geschickt im Lösen komplexer Herausforderungen
- Du hast ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
- Mit Leidenschaft, starken Führungsqualitäten und einem sehr guten Verständnis dafür, wie man Prioritäten setzt, wirst Du die gewünschten Ergebnisse erzielen
