**We are a Start-up in Stealth mode with a 5m pre-seed amount of investment thus far) an early-stage company operating at the interception of high-growth startups and private equity investments.**

**You will have an impact on**:

- Take day-to-day responsibility for regular sales tasks, including research, analysis and reporting
- Support the Acquisition team on key initiatives and processes that have direct impact on our commercial success
- Drive business growth and productivity in the Acquisition team by identifying and improving the quality and quantity of data in our CRM system
- Leverage a portfolio of sales tech tools to qualify outbound & inbound leads according to defined criteria and help in the prioritization of outreach by our Acquisition teams
- You will be very familiar with our target customer profile to effectively and efficiently research and analyze a range of data sources to find both companies and leads which are not currently on our radar

**What you will add to our Crew**:

- Initial experiences through at least one prior internship or working student job in a fast-paced environment is a big plus
- Ability to research and analyze information
- High level of initiative and quality awareness, as well as a structured and independent way of thinking
- Be comfortable communicating with stakeholders at different positions
- Attention to detail and accuracy in creating and maintaining data in our CRM and other systems as needed
- You are fluent in English and German, any other language is a plus (preferably Spanish and/or French)
