Global Operations Operations Project Intern (TikTok Live) - 2026 Start (BS/MS) **Location**: Berlin Employment Type: Intern Job Code: A75746B **Responsibilities**: About the Team The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. Our focus is to continually champion and optimize TikTok LIVE through working with creators to ensure a creative, fun and safe space for all of our users. We are looking for a proactive and highly motivated German speaking Project Operations Intern to join our TikTok LIVE creator ops team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys driving projects, and is eager to bring clarity and structure to creator operations. You will work closely with the team to support the creator operations, while also assisting with data collection and analysis to strengthen operational efficiency. **What You Will Be Doing**: - Creator Support: Actively contribute to creator support, including solving creator problems and pushing creator motivations. - Data Analysis: Assist in collecting, organizing, and processing project-related data, and conduct basic analysis to provide actionable insights. - Team Enablement: Act as an operational backbone by keeping meeting notes, action trackers, and follow-ups structured and documented. **Who You Are**: - Proactive - you take initiative, identify problems, and act without waiting for instructions. - Organized and Structured - you can bring order to complexity and manage multiple tasks in parallel. - Quick Learner - you can quickly pick up new tools, processes, and concepts. - Strong ownership: have strong ownership on project where they can think outside of box and drive the initiatives by themselves. - Team Player - collaborative, reliable, and ready to support colleagues in high-pressure situations. **Qualifications**: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Communications, Management, or a related field. - Native German speaker who is a good communicator. - Able to handle stress, especially when communicating with creators - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. - Basic skills in data collection, processing, and analysis; proficiency with sheets. - Comfortable with PowerPoint and other common productivity tools. - Passion for project management, the creator economy, livestreaming, or digital media.
