**About Again**:
CO2 is a global problem. By fermenting it into carbon negative chemicals, we make it the solution. We have figured out how to take the carbon outputs from industrial emitters, and use them as the inputs for chemical manufacturing. We’re not simply storing carbon away - we are turning it into valuable, emission-free green-chemicals. If that doesn’t bubble your bioreactor, how about this: For every tonne of products we make, over 2 tonnes of carbon are removed from the atmosphere. **What you’ll do**:
We are looking for a self-driven, experienced Investment & Finance Lead to join our team. You will lead our infrastructure investment strategy, helping us build and develop projects, partnerships and joint ventures. You will be responsible for commissioning over $100m worth of infrastructure projects over the coming 24 months - developing investment theses and our go-to-market plans we scale our carbon negative chemical manufacturing plants worldwide. You'll work closely with our co-founder and commercial team in developing financial models with inputs from the entire organization including our science and engineering teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain comprehensive project finance models to support investment decisions and strategic planning initiatives
- Build our investment & finance function and infrastructure - serve as a key point of contact for all financial insights & key financial metrics
- Collaborate with our leadership and commercial team to develop and execute the company's financial strategy, including capital allocation, and financial planning
- Identify and mitigate financial risks by implementing robust financial risk management processes and controls.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and business development, to ensure alignment on financial goals and objectives
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory developments to continuously enhance financial processes and methodologies

**About you**:

- At least 5 years of work experience in financial modelling from an infrastructure investment fund, in-house deep tech finance function or similar
- Strong financial background and proficiency in financial modelling
- High agency - willing to roll up your sleeves to get sh*t done
- Passionate about solving the climate crisis
