**Your Job**:

- Leading a team of O&M Managers, Plant Managers and Technicians in a designated regional area
- Point of contact for customers in a country or geographical area
- Contact for Asset Owner, related departments and subcontractor / Representative for the respective region
- Responsible to manage the relationships with subcontractors and vendors and implement procurement processes
- Coordinate with Commercial Team to ensure profitability and control expenses
- Coordinate with Berlin Control Centre / responsible local Plant Manager
- Plant responsibility
- Guaranteeing all obligations arising from existing service and maintenance contracts
- Organization and management of subcontractors or internal resources for electrical and mechanical maintenance works, inspections and repairs
- Organizing site handover, takeover for operational phase, alignment with Mobility Manager
- Organizing subcontractor audits
- Holding electrical responsibility for O&M activities in a Country (if applicable)
- Organizing and constantly monitoring of the regional structure for internal resources based on qualification and HSE aspects
- Interface with subcontractor and constantly aware of work performed at site
- Management of ground keeping activities
- Supporting the line manager on talent acquisition and recruiting
- Reporting and documentation
- Ticket / work order recipient
- Warranty tracking, spare parts management
- On-call service on weekends

**Your profile**:

- experienced in renewable energy as an engineer or technician with a strong hands-on mentality
- 3+ years Solar PV O&M Experience on Utility Scale Solar
- Relevant qualification in an electrical / mechanical or engineering discipline
- Certified (AP or SAP) authorization is a plus
- Certified or trained on central and string inverter is a plus
- Multitasking while being able to prioritize important tasks and work on own responsibility
- Highly mobile, especially in terms of travelling international
- Diligent, careful, precise working style
- Excellent communication skills and customer orientation
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to work in an intercultural environment
