Creative Operations/localisation Intern

**About the opportunity**:
We are seeking a detail-obsessed intern to join the Creative Operations / Localisation team to ensure the efficiency, transparency and productivity of localisation and creative studio processes at N26.

Our localisation specialists, content writers, copywriters and designers provide best-in-class solutions in an agile and demanding environment to a variety of stakeholder teams within our business, including Product Marketing, Lifecycle, Localisation, Performance, Social Media, PR and Brand.

Ideal location is Berlin, our offices are next to Alexa, but we have a remote-first working policy.

**In this role, you will**:

- Manage incoming content, copy and Localisation requests acting as the traffic manager for the team's Jira board
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure all requirements/needs are provided and that they are kept updated as to the status of their project(s).
- Be responsible for the management of localisation tasks using the Lokalise tool
- Communicate with team members within the Localisation team, content team and Creative Studio to assess prioritisation, project progress and final delivery
- Collaborate and actively participate within the Creative Operations team and support with small projects

**What you need to be successful**:

- You have 1-2 years experience of operations in an agency, communications or creative environment.
- Previous Project Management experience
- Excellent communication skills
- You are highly-organised and an admin wizard/ess

- You know how to prioritise projects in a fast-paced environment
