**Your role**:
As a **Legal Assistant**, you will be based in our HQ in Berlin. You will be part of the Legal Team and work closely with internal and external stakeholders from around the globe to handle the administration and improvements of our contract database and conduct contractual reviews.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Organizing, storing and administering contracts and legal documents in our internal contract database
- Assure legal documents being notarized and coordinate with external law firms and our offices worldwide
- Preparing and reviewing standard contracts, e.g. NDAs, event contracts, partner agreements etc.
- Coordinating data privacy compliance together with our Data Protection Officer, e.g. staying up-to-date on GDPR regulations and making sure latest changes are reflected in our documents and documentation is provided
- Compliance management for all Adjust entities, e.g. staying up-to-date on compliance topics, implementing compliance requirements from Adjust’s parent company AppLovin etc.
- Researching general legal topics for all jurisdictions where we have an entity
- Optimization of workflows and internal processes and maintaining them
- Supporting the Legal Team on various administrative tasks

**What you bring**:

- A legal background with a law degree or similar experience as a paralegal (dt. Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte/r)
- Experience in drafting simple legal and business documents
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Solid research skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in English and German
