**Customer Service - Inside Sales (m/w/x)**

**DEIN JOB**:
- Administrative Unterstützung für den Vertrieb
- Unterstützung in der Akquise, Organisation, Auftragsbearbeitung
- Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Vertrieb und Fachteams
- Umfassende Kommunikation intern sowie in Richtung Kunde und Partner
- Erstellen von einfachen und komplexen Angeboten ggf. im Zusammenspiel mit den Fachteams
- Unterstützung bei der Erarbeitung von Präsentationen, beim Pre
- und Aftersales, bei Vertriebsveranstaltungen
- Datenpflege des CRM-Systems
- Aufnahme und Qualifikation von Adressdaten
**DEIN PROFIL**:
- Mindestens gut abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder IT-technische Berufsausbildung
- 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst
- Organisationstalent und ein gutes Gespür für Prioritäten
- Spaß am Vertrieb - gepaart mit einem ausgeprägten Faible für IT:
- Verständnis für IT-Infrastrukturen, IT-Dienstleistungen
- Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
- Fließende Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse
