**Begeisternd - Ihre Aufgaben**:
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Hotline Mitarbeitenden
- Standardisierung der globalen Supportprozesse und des Störungsmanagements in QCM vorantreiben
- Steuerung des Prozessablaufs und der internen Kommunikation bei globalen Supportanfragen
- Förderung des Kompetenzaufbaus im Second-Level-Support für alle IAS-Technologien
- Weiterentwicklung des Support-Teams zur Optimierung des globalen Supports und zur notwendigen Unterstützung der Customer Center bei technischen Fragen und technischer Entwicklung zusammen mit dem Manager Global I/C Support
- Entwicklung, Kontrolle und Optimierung der täglichen Arbeitsabläufe
- Erstellung spezifischer Statistiken und Analysen zur Unterstützung der Leistungskennzahlen und Wachstum im Bereich GICS
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Manager Global I/C Support und dem Teamleader Global Service Support
- Führen von Mitarbeiter
- und Vorstellungsgesprächen
**Überzeugend - Ihr Profil**:
- Qualifizierter Hochschulabschluss (BA /BS) oder eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Service sowie erste Führungserfahrung
- Ausgeprägte analytische und betriebswirtschaftliche Fähigkeiten
- Erfahrung im Bereich der operativen Tagesplanung
- Organisatorische Fähigkeiten
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
