**Main responsibilites**:
- Professional and disciplinary lead of the Hotline Support Engineers and Experts
- Drive standardization of global support processes and incident Management in QCM
- Drive process flow and communication internal due to global support requests
- Drive competence growth with the Second-Level Support for all IAS Technologies
- Build a professional support team to optimize global support and provide CC with the necessary direction to field technical issues and development together with the Manager Global I/C Support
- Development, Controlling and Optimization of daily operational cycles
- Creation of specific statistic and analyses to support KPI measures and growth
- Working closely with the Manager Global I/C Support and Teamleader Global Service Support to ensure competence and time to competence decrease
- Leading of appraisals and hiring interviews
**Experience requirements**:
- University degree (BA /BS) or a successfully completed technical apprenticeship.
- Professional experience in the field of Service
- Developed skills for analytics and business administration
- Leadership experience
- Experience in planning daily operational tasks
- Organizational skills.
- Fluent in English and German is a requirement
