For Hamburg Headquarters we are recruiting - limited for 2 years - a

**Accountant Accounts Payable (M/F/d)**

Your new job includes
- As Accountant Accounts Payable (M/F/d), you will be responsible for the proper and timely processing of all incoming documents and ensure optimal processes.
- In particular, you will
- check, assign for account, forward and post incoming invoices
- set up, monitor and carry out recurring postings
- reconcile and clarify accounts with external suppliers and internal departments such as Purchasing
- work confidently with internal and external interfaces, sometimes in English
- ensure optimal processes and analyse possible improvements

What you should bring along
- Successfully completed commercial training and two to three years of professional experience in accounting, ideally VAT knowledge in accordance with the legal requirements in the accounts payable area
- Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel and knowledge of the SAP modules FI and MM and knowledge of OpenText VIM
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- A sense of responsibility and a structured way of working
- Open-minded nature and strong communication skills for working in an international family business that values open and respectful cooperation
