Tasks
- Responsible for Safety Officer for Medical Devices for Germany / Berlin location.
- Management and responsible for the Production & Supply Chain including the following teams: TCC, Design & Manufacturing, Purchasing & Logistics, and Warehouse.
- Technical and functional lead of the teams, resource planning and control.
- People development and employee requalification to ensure flexibility in resource allocation.
- Full ownership of Production budget in terms of personnel, material, equipment, including outsourced manufacturing processes.
- Quality compliance and further development of production processes, standard operating procedures, testing and finish product documentation.
- Creation, implementation and assurance of assembly and production work instructions.
- Support strategic international collaboration for production and supply chain outsourcing.
- Lead the selection and cooperation with caresyntax suppliers for critical components in regards to both commercial and technical aspects.
- Ensuring continuous and clear communication with all other internal departments and external parties involved in the order fulfillment and production processes.
- Tight collaboration with Sales Support, Project Management, Technical Service and Quality Management towards customer satisfaction.
- All other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Required education: Business and Electrical Engineering and Information Technology or Master Professional of Technical Management, or equivalent.
- Coming from Healthcare industry, minimum Mid-Size company (100 employees or bigger)
- Extensive experience with ERP system at champion level
- Extensive experience with Quality and Regulatory aspects of manufacturing
- Lean, or 6 Sigma or Lean6Sigma expert, preferably Black Belt or MBB
- Required experience: Min. 10 years with management responsibility.
- Skills required: effective communication, willingness to cooperate, leadership, conflicts negotiation and resolution
- Native German, business level English
