We are looking for a** Senior Mobile Game Designer (d/f/m) **to join our Mobile Development team** in Hamburg or Berlin **at the earliest opportunity**.**

The **Senior Mobile Game Designer (d/f/m)** is responsible for system design to create exciting new features and establish successful live operations for our new mobile game.

Our team is currently working on several new concepts for new free-to-play mobile games, as the **Senior Mobile Game Designer (d/f/m)** you will work with the Creative Director and an additional Game Designer to prepare the concepts for production and then take one of them onto launch.

**Your Quests**:

- ** Shape the design**. Concept, design and evaluate the game features and economy that can engage and entertain our players.
- ** Keep the vision**. Create, iterate, and present the idea of the game world and the game mechanics.
- ** Be the innovation**. Gather and analyse the trends and new practices of the gaming industry to shape the future of mobile gaming.
- ** Mentor the others**. Support and mentor the mobile game design team on a day-to-day basis to ensure a high level of quality.
- ** Balance the game**. Drive the in-game economy, balance the content, and achieve the KPI goals.

**Your Gear**:

- ** Professional Experience**. You have 5+ years of experience in mobile game design, preferably on free-to-play titles.
- ** Bold Designer**. You love game design and see it as your creative stage to steering design processes to awake something beautiful.
- ** Natural Speaker**. You are talented in presenting and you are approaching the team with your concepts pro-actively.
- ** Mobile Enthusiast**. You are fascinated about mobile games and love to design and play all kind of mobile games.
- ** Team Player**. You speak English, work cooperatively within an agile process, and feel good in an international environment.
