Stratosphere Games is an AAA mobile game developer based in Berlin, Germany, looking for a Senior Game Designer to support the development of existing and upcoming projects.

As Senior Game Designer you are creating designs for features, mechanics and documenting those in Game Design documents. You are responsible for creative meetings, creating and iterating your game design concepts based on feedback from the Creative Director and the other designers. As a Sr. Game Designer, you are the owner and evangelist of parts of the vision and the game designers representing it. You will work together with every department in the chain of developing the game. As the owner of the game design, you are responsible to assure the consistency between design concept and implementation.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Participate in feature meetings and present your ideas
- Own and create Game Designs documents and iterate them based on feedback
- Prototype your ideas in Unity
- Work together with the art team and the programmers to ensure the functionality of your designs
- Balance game values and take care of the live sheet
- Perform playtests and evaluate the results

**Requirements**:

- Experience as a Game Designer, preferably in mobile game development
- Already worked on shipped games
- Experience in working with Unity
- Knowledge of working with excel, word, PowerPoint
- Ability to create systems and balance them
- Knowledge of mobile game monetization methods
