Chief of Staff

As the Chief of Staff, you will play a critical role in supporting our company's growth. You will work closely with the leadership team to drive strategic initiatives, manage projects, and ensure effective communication across the team. You will also be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations on a management level and providing leadership and guidance to the staff. Please note that this position is based in Munich, Germany.

**Your mission**:

- Work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement strategic initiatives and projects
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration across the organization
- Oversee the day-to-day operations, including managing budgets, coordinating meetings & events, and handling confidential information
- Manage key processes, such as overseeing the OKR management
- Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making and problem-solving
- Serve as a liaison between the executive and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and board members
- Drive special projects as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field

- Enjoy working with data and fluent in analytical tools
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across an organization

- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
