**What you will do**
Are you experienced in internal communication & training? Is Cybersecurity your passion? Join us as Cybersecurity Communications and Culture Champion and play a meaningful role in growing the influence of the Global Information Security Awareness team, which strives to nurture a risk-conscious company culture. We are building cybersecurity awareness by producing content such as articles or infographics and developing global and regional outreach programs that deepen employees’ sense of responsibility and curiosity about cybersecurity.
This role collaborates with our cybersecurity teams (Incident Response, Information Protection, IT Governance), and other relevant experts in IT Operations, Corporate Communications, Learning and Development, and Data Privacy.
**How you will do it**
- Provide thought leadership and support for new outreach programs crafted to increase employee engagement and cybersecurity awareness
- Develop an annual cybersecurity communications calendar and content for global employee audiences
- Handle content translation processes with third-party translation vendors and internal reviewers for accuracy
- Support the design and delivery of the annual Cybersecurity Awareness Month program, with a focus on reaching audiences in EMEA and Asia Pacific region
- Provide quality assurance feedback on awareness materials, such as company policies, instructional guides, online learning modules, and related materials developed by the team
**What we look for**
**Required**
- Solid knowledge of cybersecurity topics; comfortable providing cybersecurity messaging and education to a global workforce
- At least 2 years of professional experience working experience in a communications or training role
- Outstanding English for written communication, public speaking, and virtual presentations
- Organized and diligent about keeping records, managing time, and prioritizing tasks to ensure the effective delivery of urgent and time-specific communications
- Exceptional teamwork skills with a dedication to building internal partnerships, peer relationships, and supporting the education and growth of others
- Graphic design experience in Publisher and PowerPoint
**Preferred**
- Experience with creating cybersecurity or information security communication and training
- Ability to facilitate small and large group discussions (virtual) for various skill levels and countries
- Skills in Adobe Creative Cloud or Microsoft SharePoint
- Screen casting and video editing
- Multilingual skills
