Coordinator (F/m/d) Marketing & Promotion

We are looking for a **Coordinator** (f/m/d)** Marketing & Promotion** to join our Global Recordings Marketing Europe team in Berlin.

**Your Mission**

By joining the Marketing team you will be responsible for the marketing and promotion coordination of international frontline releases in Germany, Switzerland and Austria.

**Your Responsibilities**

Your primary tasks will include:

- Support the Marketing Team by keeping a reliable overview of deadlines for the delivery of tools and assets required for a campaign.
- Update internal marketing & promo reporting tools and asset delivery platforms.
- Create assets and text for promo materials and marketing tools in close coordination with the product managers.
- Supply release information to the distribution partners and promotion agencies.
- Track marketing spends and summarizing overviews.
- Create meeting presentations for the team.
- Draft meeting notes and creating follow-up plans.
- Coordinate promo opportunities for international frontline releases.
- Organize and monitor remote artist interviews via Zoom.
- Liaise with external PR teams.
- Assist with planning, logistics and scheduling of artist promo trips.
- Accompany international artists on promo trips (e.g. TV performances, radio station visits, media showcases).
- Contribute to the development and UX/UI testing of our internal marketing & promo tools.

**Your Profile**
- Ideally, you have already work experience in marketing/coordination for a company in the music or entertainment industry.
- Experience in artist relations, UX or/and product development is preferred.
- You have excellent organizational skills and you are used to work under time pressure.
- You are daring and forward-thinking team player who is always looking for ways to modernize existing processes.
- You are a confident communicator who is used to dealing with a wide variety of people.
- You are proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Suite and Dropbox.
- German and English (both spoken and written) are easy for you to master. Speaking another language is a plus.
- Last but not least, you are a passionate music fan
