In your new role you will:

- **Translate strategies into measurable plans **and manage the launch of their implementation
- Become a sought-after **advisor on strategic concepts and frameworks **for Infineon’s executive management
- Proactively **network with the broader strategy/business development community **at Infineon to share ideas and best practices for shaping the strategic direction of the company’s businesses and portfolios
- Bring **diverse perspectives to the Strategy Projects Team **and actively participate in knowledge and capability development

This position is suitable for full

Success in this role is measured by enabling internal customers including senior management to develop better strategies. You have outstanding analytical skills, a problem-solving mindset and are personally committed to the customer’s needs. You convince across hierarchies - with your intellect, thought leadership and collaborative style, and can communicate complex topics in a compelling, understandable way. Furthermore, you remain flexible, continuously focused on project quality and working solution-oriented. You are constantly curious, willing to reinvent yourself where the curiosity takes you, and are really passionate about something else than work, too.

You are best equipped for those tasks if you have:

- A degree in **business administration, physics, electrical engineering, industrial engineering **or related disciplines from a leading university and with outstanding academic performance
- A minimum of **8 years of relevant professional experience **in corporate strategy/ strategy-focused team of a large corporate and/or management consulting company
- Demonstrated **strong project management experience and leadership **of cross-functional, global project teams, preferably (corporate-) strategy focused
- **Strong interest in and good understanding of technology **as well as Infineon markets, competitors and products; Knowledge of the semiconductor industry is a plus
- Proficiency in **Excel and Power Point; Practical experience with state-of-the-art digital and data visualization tools **(e.g. Miro, Tableau)
- Demonstrated **positive attitude towards change**
- **Excellent communication and presentation skills in English **, German is a plus, including the ability to prepare and run top management presentations
