**Shop Sales Associate (m/w/d) für 20 Stunden/Woche in Berlin, KaDeWe**

**Verantwortungsbereich**
- Betreuung unserer Verkaufsfläche inkl. Verkauf unserer hochwertigen Kollektionen
- Fachkompetente Beratung und Betreuung unserer anspruchsvollen und internationalen Kunden
- Aufbau und Pflege eines Kundenstamms
- Erreichung der monatlichen Umsatzvorgaben und Servicekennzahlen
- Umsetzung unserer Visual Merchandising Standards
- Erstellung der wöchentlichen und monatlichen Reportings für die Unternehmenszentrale
- Effektive Zusammenarbeit mit dem Shop Manager und Retailpartner

**Anforderungen**
- Berufserfahrung im Einzelhandel, speziell im Verkauf von Fashion
- und Lifestyleprodukten
- Ausgeprägte Verkaufs
- und Kundenorientierung sowie eine positive Ausstrahlung und sichere Umgangsformen
- Affinität für Mode und aktuelle Trends sowie Leidenschaft für unsere Produkte und Marke
- Hohes Engagement und Eigenmotivation
- Strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise sowie Organisationsfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German are mandatory
