Our activities are centered around the purpose of "Co-creating living spaces for generations to come," forging an ecosystem of entrepreneurship with a resolute focus on CO₂ mitigation and sustainability. **Key Responsibilities**: - Preparation of consolidated financial statements - Play a key role in shaping our narrative through taking over responsibility of preparation of consolidated financial statements - Charge in crafting accurate and insightful consolidated financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards - Integrate new acquired legal entities along a diversified asset range - Implementation of consolidation standards & fostering efficiency - Champion innovation by identifying and implementing consolidation measures to enhance efficiency and accuracy - Uphold the gold standard of accuracy and completeness in our consolidated financial reports and maintain robust controls to safeguard the integrity of our consolidation process and ensure data accuracy - Drive efficiency and effectiveness through continuous improvement initiatives in consolidation procedures and workflows - Provide expert guidance & forge strong collaborative relationships with departments and subsidiaries to gather and consolidate financial data seamlessly - Providing insights to deliver impactful reports to drive informed decision-making - Dive deep into consolidated financial results, analyzing variances against budget and forecast to uncover valuable insights **Who You Are**: - Bachelor's degree in Group Accounting, Finance, or related field.
