Junior Financial Accountant Accounts Payable

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Financial Accountant Accounts Payable (all genders) to join our accounting payables team of 8 colleagues. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes. If your skill-set matches the below criteria then we’d love to hear from you

**Your role**:

- Handling ongoing accounting tasks such as managing mail, processing invoices, bank payment transactions, and reconciling open items.
- Performing technical checks and reconciliation work to maintain accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborating closely with the Lead Accounts Payable Team to ensure seamless workflows.
- Assisting with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.
- Supporting project work and ad-hoc tasks.

**Your profile**:

- You have successfully completed studies in accounting, finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Fluency in German and English with strong communication skills
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Basic knowledge of accounting tools such as business central is a plus
- You possess excellent organizational and time management skills
