**Internal Communication Expert (M/F/d)**:
Location: Berlin
Type: permanent

We are looking for a committed Internal Communication Expert (M/F/d) to join our global communication team in Berlin.

**What you will do**:

- Creation of content (articles, videos, presentations) for the global internal communication channels
- Development and implementation of innovative formats for internal communication
- Actively identifying topics and maintaining close relationships with the relevant stakeholders
- Conception and production of video content (independently and/or with agency support)
- Planning and organisation of internal events
- Conception and realisation of internal communication projects as well as supporting colleagues with communication expertise
- Collaboration in the further development and implementation of the internal communication strategy
- Implementation of employee surveys
- Identifying trends in internal communication

**What you will bring**:

- Completed studies in Public Relations (PR) / communications / linguistics / marketing or comparable training
- At least three years of professional experience in corporate or internal communications, ideally in a fast-paced international environment and a corporate newsroom
- Excellent, demonstrable editorial skills as well as proven coordinational and organisational talent
- Varied writing and communication style that serves the various channels and formats with stylistic precision
- Confident, enthusiastic and reliable personality
- Strong language skills and excellent grammar and spelling skills in both English and German (fluent in both)
- High affinity for media and communication, enjoy researching and have a good feel for text and design
- Good knowledge of presentation creation and image editing as well as video creation
