**Please note**: This is an on-site position based out of our Hamburg office.
What your role will be
We are looking for a proactive and reliable Working Student to support our Finance and People team in their day-to-day operations and special projects. This role is perfect for someone who is hands-on, organized, and eager to learn about business operations in a dynamic environment. You will work closely with our Finance and People team and gain valuable insights into administrative, accounting, and HR processes.
What you will do
Finance Support
- Collect, validate, and compare financial data sets
- Support with invoice processing and accounting data entry
- Clean and structure financial data for reporting and documentation
- Prepare paperwork and draft documents (e.g. for banks, tax advisors, and other external stakeholders)
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems
- Support with debt collection processes and special finance projects

People & Culture Support
- Maintain and update IT inventory
- Ensure data quality and updates in our HRIS (Personio)
- Draft HR paperwork and assist with document preparation
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Handle HR filing and support general admin tasks
- Support office management

What you bring to the table
- Enrolled student in Business Administration, Finance, HR, or a related field
- Fluent in both German and English
- Good Excel skills (e.g., working with structured data, filters, and basic formulas)
- Strong sense of initiative and proactive working style
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and structured
- Comfortable working on office-related and administrative tasks
- Available for at least 6 months
