**So sieht Dein Tag aus**:

- Du verantwortest den effizienten und ordnungsgemäßen Ablauf im Finance und Controlling und führst, motivierst und trainierst ein Team aus ca. 10 Mitarbeitenden und Auszubildenden in den Bereichen Finance, Controlling, Einkauf, Warenwirtschaft und F&B Cost Control
- Du bist erster Ansprechpartner in Sachen Finance und Controlling und erstellst das entsprechende Reporting an die Geschäftsleitung und die Eigentümer
- Die Erstellung des Jahresbudgets und der monatlichen Forecasts liegt ebenso in deiner Hand wie die Überwachung der Monats
- und Jahresabschlüsse
- Die Investitionsausgaben behältst Du im Auge und bei Fragen der Rechts-, Versicherungs
- und Steuerabteilung hast Du stets eine Antwort parat
- Im Cashflow
- und Kreditoren-Management kennst Du dich bestens aus und die Ausarbeitung von bereichsübergreifenden Umsatz
- und Kostenanalysen bereitet dir keine Probleme

**Was wir uns wünschen**:

- Finanzen und Controlling lassen dein Herz höherschlagen und Du bringst gerne Licht ins Dunkel der Zahlen
- Du kannst einen Abschluss als Bilanzbuchhalter oder ein entsprechend abgeschlossenes Studium vorweisen und verfügst über mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in leitender Position im Finance und Controlling
- Du konntest dein hervorragendes Zeit
- und Taskmanagement schon oft unter Beweis stellen und motivierst dein Team jeden Tag aufs Neue zu Höchstleistungen
- Teamgeist und Flexibilität sind für dich selbstverständlich, deine innovative und unternehmerische Denkweise zeichnen dich aus
- Deine sehr guten Kenntnisse in der Buchhaltung nach Uniform Systems of Accounts (USALI) und HGB runden dein Profil ab
- Du hast sehr gute Englisch
- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
