**Account Receivable Associate** **(f/m/d)**

As our Account Receivable Associate, you will work in the Account Receivable client-facing processes. Your mission will be to ensure an outstanding level of customer service to maintain the company’s cash flow. You will have first point contact with our clients and work hand-in-hand with our Risk Team to take our service and performance to the next level.

**Your responsibilities in a nutshell**
- Fully understand business aspects of our Accounts Receivable processes
- Support in running our A/R processes to achieve scaling the high growth
- Be responsible for what follows after an invoice has been generated by following up on outstanding invoices
- Solve invoice disputes, answer questions and provide support to customers, as required
- Continuously bring forward improvement ideas/suggestions relating to product and payment operations processes, based on the daily operations
- Work closely with our Risk Team to increase debt collection efficiency

**What we’re looking for**
- Ideal educational background is in Finance, Business, Management, or Economics
- Relevant prior experience in finance is a plus
- Attention to detail
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Data-driven mindset, you can handle large amount of data and be able to explain the results to internal and external clients
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- English and Chinese speaking, other languages are a plus
- Based in Hamburg or open to relocation
