**Some of the things you'll be doing include...**
- Develop, own and execute a sourcing engagement strategy to attract both interns and graduates across a wide variety of roles at Salesforce
- Represent Salesforce’s mission ‘to be good and do good’ to inspire, engage, and attract the best interns and graduates
- Build, manage and nurture deep relationships with university stakeholders, external diversity partners and students to develop strong talent pipelines.

**Who you are **
**Experienced **. A track record as a successful University Recruiter in EMEA with strong online sourcing skills and knowledge of the German recruiting market.
**Values Driven. **Highly driven with an execution focus. Possess a strong belief in Salesforce mission ‘to be good and do good’.
**Problem Solver. **A logical step-by-step approach to creating solutions with a willingness to jump in and using data to influence others
**Collaborator. **Team player with a positive attitude to work as a team and to uplift others. Have some fun.
**Values Driven. **Highly driven with an execution focus and a strong sense of urgency. Possess a strong belief in Salesforce mission to be good and do good.
**Strong Communicator. **Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
**Fluent in English and German. **Additional European language skill (A bonus)
