ABOUT THE ROLE
- As a team member in our reservations and revenue team, you are committed to use your unique mix of style, skills and experience to lead future residents through the reservation process for apartments, coworking spaces and hotel rooms. You will interact with all potential clients via phone, E-Mail and chat.
- The goal is always a full house: you love to sell our concept to potential residents that need a great kick-start in Berlin
- You are enthusiastic about client relationships - you love connecting with people and communicating with different nationalities.
- You are actively involved in the setting the channel distribution and pricing strategy together with the sales team.
- You love technology and will be involved in setting up an efficient (and where possible: automated) tech working environment. You will be communicating issues and ideas to our development team to include into our bespoke PMS and work with different software providers on integrated apps. If you’ve never done this before - no worries - if you love technology, we will teach you.

YOUR PROFILE
- You have successfully worked in reservations or sold beds, hotel rooms, apartments, airline seats or venues in a hospitality environment and know how to make sure your clients are happy.
- You are commercially minded and can spot a good opportunity to convert and create a win-win situation.
- You are KPI-driven and know that understanding client data and revenue reports is a superpower
- You are open-minded, caring and know that everyone can learn and improve their skills every day.
- You love great and efficient communication, are fluent in German and English (written and spoken) and you are comfortable in all communication modes: phone, video conferences, chat, E-Mail or face to face.
- You know that the hospitality business is a team sport, and you aim to contribute to a great team spirit.
- You are happy to work in a startup environment and have a strong “hands-on” mentality.
