We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to train to become the next generation of Trading Standards Officer for Medway by undertaking the Level 6 Trading Standards Apprenticeship.

This post will build upon our established work, protecting consumers and legitimate businesses across Medway whilst you train to become a fully qualified officer.

We are looking for someone with strong communication skills who can comfortably work with our partners both internal and external to the council.

Whilst this role does not require any previous experience, recent experience, or a keen interest, in a regulatory, law enforcement, compliance or auditing role would be a distinct advantage.

You must hold a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle that is insured for business use for which the appropriate allowance will be paid.
