**The Service team** supports customers with their engineering support requirements. With this, the team ensures our customers receive the best possible service support
and service is consistently of the highest quality. The focus is on helping our local team in Germany to support the customers with regular servicing, resolving challenges
and installations of new equipment.
**Your responsibilities**:
- End to end service process monitoring, maintaining process adherence and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
- Create Process SOP´s for OTC - Order to Cash, QTO - quote to order and complaint handling
- Manage ticket system and coordinate/dispatch tickets to correct person in charge
- Process service orders: creating spare parts orders, following up on the status of orders, following up on deliveries and billing, and other order management throughout the process, and take in charge of credit memo/debit memo/dispute management
- Use CRM service for installation batch uploads and maintain accuracy
- Correct client Masterdata and equipment database in cooperation with customer Service and logistic, create missing equipment inside SAP/ERP allowing to close CRM service unit exchange
- Participate to MRDE service stock-taking in cooperation with service Team and logistic department
- Gain feedback through the collation, analysis and insight from customer feedback surveys and making recommendations to Service Manager for areas of improvement
- Generate service operational data for management reports and assist MRDE Service Manager in collating relevant monthly reports
- Process the service-related purchase billing inside Concur.
- Act as the back-up of service admin and service coordinator
**What are we looking for in you?**
- Enrolled student (M/F/d), ideally with a focus on Business Administration
- Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills
- Reliable, independent and structured way of working
- Enthusiastic together with a can-do attitude
- Strong written and verbal English skills are essential
- Very good MS Office skills
- Knowledge about ERP System preferably SAP
- Ability to work in Germany without the requirement of company sponsorship
