To strengthen our team and development on the Northern European market, we are looking for a **Customer Service Team Leader** in Munich, Germany.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**1-First role : management of a team in charge of Customer Service assistants**
- Daily follow-up and support of the team
- Responsible to achieve different KPI’s target as for example On-time-delivery, on-time orders, customer satisfaction
- Actor of logistics efficiencies (transport, warehousing)
- Responsible of weekly / monthly reporting
- Responsible of team’s development

**2-Also be able to run the business as an actor of the team, in charge of some customers, doing**:

- Process orders in SAP system and follow-up
- Monitor the order book (Pull In & Push Out)
- Keep customers informed and alert them in advance of any changes
- Receive orders and send them back to each customer on time
- Prepare shipping documents (delivery notice and invoices)
- Communicate with internal sales and logistics teams
- Interface with our office in China
- Coordination with the Customer Service teams, sales representatives and customers, in an international context

**REQUIRMENTS**
- International Business or Sales Administration degree preferred, and a successful experience in the commercial or Sales Administration field (4-5 years)
- Fluent in German, and good level of English writing and speaking
- Knowledge of MS-Office
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus
- 1st experience in management and/or International experience are also a plus
- Good adaptation skills, you know how to be versatile in carrying out different missions
- Highly customer-oriented and a friendly contact towards customers and colleagues
