**About the role**:
With a particular focus on civil, contract and commercial law, you will draft, review and support sales and customer service in negotiating national and international customer contracts - this is where your professional skills and confident conversation skills are required.

In this context, you will also develop and review contract templates, general terms and conditions, NDAs and other legal documents and, in the event of legal disputes, work closely with external law firms to support legal proceedings.

Keyword external law firms: You act as a contact person and internal interface between their corporate divisions and external legal firms.

From dos and don’ts to classic contract risks to niche contracts: As a fully qualified lawyer, you will train their employees in contract law topics and thereby reduce the questions with which you are regularly pestered.

Have you completed both your law degree and the second state examination, have already gained several years of professional experience (ideally in a company or law firm with a focus on consulting) and would now like to take the next step in your career? Let’s go
