**European Sales Associate Director (F/M)**

**What you will enjoy doing**
- Under the management of the Global Director of sales, you will capitalize on European semiconductor expansion with a particular focus on the European Key accounts to increase market share and overall sales
- In this role, you will ensure the right competitive and market intelligence allowing the definition of appropriate price levels
- One objective is to propose competitive pricing to the Global Sales Director and implement approved pricing strategy for all target sales in Europe
- You will communicate commercial policy for customers to the Sales Team and be guarantor of its realization, you will deploy development goals in your region and ensure monthly their achievement
- You will forecast sales on a monthly basis to align with global the business plan, manage the global sales reporting for the region, analyze results and take the necessary corrective measures
- In addition, you will manage the sales teams in Europe and the CSD team in Toulouse (3 direct reports)

**What makes you great**
- You possess a Bachelor’s degree in materials Science or another technical field, and you have already gained at least 8 years of experience in in the Semiconductor or Electronics industry
- Possessing an experience promoting leading edge products to key accounts and experience managing a Sales Team with regional responsibility is required
- You are able to work in a geographically diverse business environment and with a remote team
- Have an excellent oral and written communication, excellent presentation skills ,and lead customer negotiations is necessary
- Your English is fluent
