We are seeking a dedicated and skilled **Assistant Production and Quality Assurance professional** to join our Quality Assurance team in the Corn Business Unit of **KWS SAAT SE & CO. KGaA** in **Einbeck**, Germany. If you have a background as an Agricultural Technical Assistant or similar education, and you are passionate about ensuring the highest quality in seed production, this role is for you. In this position, you will play a crucial role in the quality testing and field inspection of corn and sunflower seeds, ensuring adherence to quality standards. The position is **permanent** and **full-time**.

**Your tasks - challenge meets responsibility**:

- Receiving, processing, and forwarding corn and sunflower seed samples for quality testing.
- Assessment of maize and sunflower plots during the growing season.
- Carrying out light field work as part of quality assurance
- Collaboration in the working group on insect protection for stored seed.
- Work on specific projects of the department during vegetation time and on seed level.

**Your profile - competence meets personality**:

- Educational background as an Agricultural Technical Assistant or similar.
- Strong communication skills and a people-oriented approach.
- Motivated, reliable, and results-oriented working style.
- Strong customer orientation.
- Good skills in German and English.
- Valid driver's license - category B
